Q: How many items do I have to order?
A: For printed projects our minimum order is 12 pieces.
Q: How much does customizing a tee shirt cost?
A: The quantity ordered, number of colors in the design and amount of design locations will determine the cost of each shirt. Please email your ideas for a custom quote. Please note we cannot (for legal reasons) print trademarked images, unless you provide the proper documentation. We will also not print items we feel are distasteful.
Q: How long will my order take?
A: Splash Threads will do their best to get your order back to you as soon as possible, however there are some circumstances that are out of our control such as weather, sickness, shipping carriers going on strike, products being out of stock and custom garments made specifically for you. Please plan your timeline at least 3 weeks in advance from when you need your items.
Q: My son loves his sweatshirt that he received for his birthday, but there is now a hole in it, will you replace it?
A: Possibly. We will warranty normal wear for 90 days, but if he snags it on a chain link fence, you might have the chance to practice your sewing skills. If a seam opens up, we will either fix it or get a new one. Email us pictures of your garment and we will let you know your options.
Q: My lake is having a tournament. Can we would like to add our sponsors to the event shirts? Also, can you add the word officials to a few of them?
A: Event shirts can take a bit more time. Especially when we need to add your sponsors artwork to the garment. We will need consent from each sponsor as well as their artwork emailed to us in Adobe Illustrator.
Q: Can we add our ski club to your website so they can order directly from you? How does that work?
A: Yes, our community of ski clubs is growing. We do not charge a fee to add you to our site. All of the garments are approved by the club before they are added to the website. A portion of every sale is dedicated to providing t-shirts to Jr. Development Clinics throughout the United States.
